Which roles can it hire?
Engineering roles are live now, interviewed on real code. Sales, product and design are next; sourcing already works for any role.
How does pricing work?

What is recorded during an interview?
Recorded practice and coding interviews capture the shared coding screen, microphone audio, Maya’s voice and a transcript. The camera is not part of this screen recording. Screening calls capture audio and a transcript; a screen is recorded only when you explicitly share it.
Who sees interview data?
You and authorized SViam administrators can access your practice interview material. For hiring interviews, authorized members of the hiring company can also access the interview material and results.
How long are recordings kept?
Recordings stored by SViam are kept for 45 days, then expire and are scheduled for deletion.
Do you use screen replay?
Product analytics and session replay are disabled on private interview, practice, report and hiring pages. Interview answers, submitted code and recordings are not sent to analytics services.
Which AI providers process interview data?
ElevenLabs processes interview audio and transcripts for the voice conversation. OpenAI processes transcripts, submitted code and interview evidence to generate assessments and feedback.
How long does a hire take?
The brief is a two-minute call. Interviews run in the following days, as fast as candidates accept; you decide the pace from the shortlist.
