Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ●Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform or its AI.
• ●Share interview questions, transcripts, or scorecards outside authorized channels.
• ●Circumvent interview integrity measures, or use the platform unlawfully.

AI interviews

By taking an AI interview, you consent to audio recording, transcript generation, behavioral monitoring, and code analysis. This data is shared with the hiring company that created the session.

AI-generated content

Resume suggestions, scorecards, and match scores are AI recommendations, not guarantees. Review and verify anything before relying on it.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Cancel anytime from Profile settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds are case-by-case within 7 days of charge.

Liability

SViam is provided "as is". We don't guarantee job placement or outcomes, and aren't liable for decisions made on our recommendations. Total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
