Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use SViam's features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information in your profile. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ●Upload false or misleading information in your resume or profile.
• ●Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
• ●Attempt to reverse engineer our AI matching or interview algorithms.
• ●Share interview questions, transcripts, or scorecards outside authorized channels.
• ●Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• ●Attempt to circumvent interview integrity measures (anti-cheat, proctoring).

AI Interviews

SViam conducts AI-powered interviews on behalf of hiring companies. By participating in an interview, you consent to audio recording, transcript generation, behavioral monitoring (tab switches, typing patterns, paste events), and code submission analysis. All interview data is shared with the hiring company that created the session. Interview integrity signals are included in the scorecard.

AI Generated Content

SViam uses AI to generate resume suggestions, cover letters, interview questions, scorecards, and match scores. These are provided as recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications. SViam does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated evaluations.

Company Responsibilities

Companies using SViam for hiring agree to use interview data and scorecards solely for employment evaluation purposes. Scorecards and transcripts may not be shared publicly or used for purposes other than hiring decisions. Companies are responsible for informing candidates that the interview is conducted by AI.

Data and Privacy

Your use of SViam is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Your resume is used solely for job matching and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Interview data is retained for 90 days post-interview.

Subscriptions and Billing

SViam offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay and support UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. You may cancel at any time from your Profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of charge.

Intellectual Property

SViam's platform, AI models, interview algorithms, and scoring systems are proprietary. Content you create (resumes, code submissions, interview answers) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant SViam a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services.

Limitation of Liability

SViam provides job matching, career tools, and AI interviews on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, or employer responses. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our AI recommendations or scorecards. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SViam services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SViam after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
