Full Stack Intern

SViam is building an autonomous AI interviewer that conducts real time voice and coding interviews, remembers context across rounds, learns each company's hiring bar, and catches cheating with the most advanced proctoring system in the industry. We are replacing the broken hiring pipeline, not patching it.

You will work directly with the founder. No layers, no meetings, no busywork. Just building.

1. Ship features across SViam's Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend. Real production code used by real companies.
2. Build company facing dashboards including interview scorecards, proctoring score displays, webhook integrations, and API key management.
3. Work on the candidate interview room with real time WebSocket communication, Monaco code editor, and voice pipeline UI.
4. Improve customer facing pages like the landing page, pricing page, trust page, and careers page.
5. Write API endpoints, handle database queries with Supabase, and integrate with third party services.
6. Debug and fix issues across the full stack from CSS to Python to WebSocket handlers.

1. Comfortable with React and Next.js. You have built at least one frontend project that is not a tutorial clone.
2. Working knowledge of Python. You do not need to be an expert but you should be able to read and write FastAPI routes.
3. You have built at least one project you are genuinely proud of. Something you chose to build, not something assigned.
4. You are a 3rd or 4th year college student (or recently graduated) looking for real work, not a certificate.
5. You ship fast. When something breaks, you fix it. You do not wait for permission.

1. Direct access to the founder. Daily async communication, weekly syncs.
2. You will push to production in week one. This is not a training program.
3. Flexible hours, fully remote. We care about output, not when you are online.
4. Real ownership. Features you build will be live on sviam.in and used by companies running interviews.
5. A reference and recommendation letter at the end if the work is strong.

The base internship is 2 months. A 6-months internship is also available for candidates who want deeper involvement. Extension decisions are made at the end of month two based on performance and mutual fit.
