Shipping & Delivery Policy

SViam ("the Platform"), operated by SViam Technologies Pvt Ltd, is a fully digital service. There are no physical products, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

Digital delivery

●SViam is delivered entirely online — there is no physical shipping of any kind.
●After a successful payment is verified (via Razorpay, in INR), access to the paid plan is enabled on your account electronically, typically right away.
●You use the paid features by signing in to your SViam account — nothing is mailed or couriered.
●There are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical delivery timelines.

If access isn't reflected

If your payment succeeded but the paid features are not active on your account, email contact@sviam.in from your account email with the Razorpay payment/order reference, and we'll enable access.
