- Develop follow-up questions that respond to what a candidate says and builds.
- Turn live interview conversations into structured evidence the hiring team can review.
- Work closely with the founder and own the features you ship.

- You can build and debug AI features and explain the reasoning behind their behavior.
- You can turn conversation data into structured outputs that people can review.
- You take ownership of features from implementation through release and can explain your design choices.
