Founding AI Engineer

SViam is building an autonomous AI interviewer that conducts real time voice and coding interviews, remembers context across rounds, learns each company's hiring bar, and catches cheating with the most advanced proctoring system in the industry. We are replacing the broken hiring pipeline, not patching it.

You will work very closely with the CEO. No layers, no busywork. Just building.

This is an AI-native engineering role. You build the product with AI, and we give you Claude Code and every subscription you need. Your job is to turn product ideas into shipped, working features, drive the AI well, review its output, and keep the bar high.

1. Own features end to end, from idea to production, building with Claude Code and other AI tools.
2. Break problems into clear, well-scoped work, then review and tighten what the AI produces.
3. Ship across the full stack of SViam: the interview engine, the company portal, and the candidate tools.
4. Debug, test, and verify. You own the result.
5. Find better ways to build with AI and turn them into how the whole team works.

1. You think like an engineer: you understand systems, trade-offs, and what good software looks like.
2. You are excellent at building with AI. You know how to prompt, decompose, and steer an AI coding agent to a correct result.
3. You have strong product taste and judgment. You can tell when something is wrong or not good enough.
4. You ship fast and take ownership. You do not wait to be told what to do next.
5. You have built real things and can show them.

1. 12 LPA plus meaningful equity in an early-stage company.
2. Fully remote, flexible hours. We care about what you ship, not when you are online.
3. Claude Code and all required subscriptions and tools, provided.
4. You work very closely with the CEO. Daily async communication, weekly syncs.
5. You push to production in week one. This is not a training program.
6. Real ownership of features used by companies running live interviews.
